Article 9 Training
Article 9 was developed and maintained by the Department of Economic Security (DES) and The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) in Arizona. Instruction for Article 9 covers various topics, including individual rights and rules regarding teaching safe and effective communication methods, abuse, and neglect.

Direct Care Working Training

Direct Care Worker Training and Testing Program. AHCCCS has instituted training and testing requirements for Direct Care Workers (DCW) who provide direct care services (Attendant Care, Personal Care, and Homemaker) to Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) members residing in their own homes.

Blended Learning
Hybrid Learning
Half online / Half in-person
For individuals who don't want to attend a traditional class or prefer to complete it at their own pace.
This blended learning course is a hybrid training when you do half the classes online and the skills with a certified instructor. This class still counts as in-person because a certified instructor teaches the skills.
The online portion must be completed before attending the in-class portion.
