Training Hearts

Training Hearts is a certified training center established in 2011 by Certified Instructors Byron and Kira McClinton. It is affiliated with the Health & Safety Institute, the American Heart Association, and the American Red Cross. Training Hearts provides affordable classroom or mobile training services. The inspiration behind creating Training Hearts came from a personal experience: a family member living with the McClintons had a stroke that left him paralyzed on his right side, and they wanted to ensure he could receive care at home instead of in a nursing facility. Kira, a nurse, aimed to have all her family members trained in CPR, first aid, and direct care workers (DCW) so they could offer her dad the necessary care.

 

The McClintons realized the challenge of committing to training classes due to their busy schedules and inability to take time off work. Knowing that others faced similar obstacles, they decided to provide an alternative by offering in-home training. Training Hearts is dedicated to meeting your training needs conveniently and in the comfort of your own home or business, no matter the situation.
